"THE ROYAL DUMONTS" By Curtis J.Quinn LSP

"THE ROYAL DUMONTS"  By Curtis J.Quinn LSP
If You Are Anything Like Me And Love ROCK N' ROLL Then You Are In For A Great Treat.
Last Night While At The Hottest Rockin Blues Joint In NEW YORK STATE "BRIAN'S BACKYARD BBQ" I Saw Two Great Bands.
The First Band To Open The Show Was A Treat For Me. These Five Seasoned Rockers Where Locked Into A Zone That Brought Me Way Back.To A Time When Rock N' Roll Was Something To Live And Die For.
If You Like Eric Burdon And Peter Wolf Then These Guys Are Your Ticket To Great Rock N' Roll. I Was Able To See These Five Artist Lay Down A Set That Was BOSS. If Were Alive In The 1950's and 60's Then You Understand " BOSS ".
Before These Rockers Packed Up I Made Sure To Buy 2 CD'S. The One Featured Here Is Called "MAKE IT ALRIGHT" .The Other CD Titled "HOOKIE DOOKIE" Has A Track On It That Is Called "MONKEY HOUSE".The Entire Set Was Fantastic But It Was The Song "MONKEY HOUSE" That Helped Me decide If I Should Invest TEN BUXS To Take Home A CD BY These Guys Called "THE ROYAL DUMONTS"
Should You Ever Have A Chance To See This Band On The Street It Is Worth The Time Of Day / CJQ

POPA CHUBBY / THE BLUES MASTER

I Have Seen A POPA CHUBBY SHOW Five Times In The Past Ten Or So Years. The First Two Shows That I Had Tickets For Were Bought As A Fan Wanting To See This Outstanding Blues Player With My Own Two Eyes.
Well, I was Not Surprised To The Fact That Everything That I Thought He Would Sound Like And Look Like Was In Fact The Real Deal. The Next Three POPA CHUBBY Shows That I Had seen Were As A Friend And... A Photographer.
Not Only Is He One Of Our Great Living Blues Legends But He Is Also A Wonderful Person. As An Artist He Seems To Have A Talent With No End That Gets Better Each And Everytime He Puts His Hands A Guitar.
Ted, Thank You For All The Great Music You Have Created And I Always Look Foward To The Next Time / Curtis
